Lara has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Originally as prenatal exercise, she found that it became far more than just stretching. After gaining a sense of calm and clarity of thought, she was hooked! Exploring every form of yoga she could find, she eventually pursued her Vinyasa (linking breath with movement) teaching credentials and became certified (200 RYT) through The Yoga Alliance. Embracing the precision and rhythmic style of a “slow-flow-vinyasa”, Lara has worked with children, seniors, and everyone in between and often in an unconventional setting. Her mission is to demystify yoga and bring its benefits to EVERYbody! She creatively structures her classes with modifications and proper alignment so that each person has fun with “their” practice. She enjoys helping you to discover the power of the breath to balance the body, mind and spirit!
