Class Etiquette

  • Avoid scented perfumes or lotions.
  • Avoid practicing within two hours after eating.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
  • Come to class well hydrated, and make sure you are hydrated after class, too.
  • Yoga is a practice of discovering yourself, not a sport; honor your body and rest when you need to.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you are late, be mindful of other students and quietly find a space to practice.
  • Remove your shoes before entering the studio.
  • Be mindful of your neighbors’ space when you set up your mat and walk around the room.
  • Please remain quiet during class, unless otherwise encouraged by the instructor.
  • Remain in the studio through the end of Savasana to avoid disturbing others; only leave early if you have an emergency.
  • Please clean up the floor around your mat before leaving, and return your props the way you found them.

Studio Policies

In General

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in, change, and set up your practice space.
  • Turn off your cellphone.
  • Remove your shoes before entering the studio.
  • Silence during class is always appreciated.
  • Stay throughout the entirety of the class. Leaving early disturbs others.

Return Policies

  • Class passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and we will not allow extensions.
  • Advance payment is needed for all aerial classes. You will be charged the full cost of the class without 24 hours cancellation notice.
  • Apparel items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the price tags are off and the item has been worn or washed.

Aerial Classes

  • Please, no zippers, buttons, earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, or any other jewelry. The fabric is sensitive and can easily tear.
  • No flipping, spinning, or climbing on or in the hammocks before or after any aerial class or workshop without instructor supervision. You are welcome to explore a pose, ask a question, or take photos after the class, but only under direct guidance and supervision.
  • Online reservation is strongly recommended to secure a hammock. We are limited by the number of hammocks we have available for students.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to find the hammock that best suits you. Your reservation will be lost if you do not arrive within 10 minutes before class.
  • 24 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
  • Bring a yoga mat.
  • Must be at least 15 years old to participate. Omies under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them during class.
