Gwen has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Yoga has allowed me to understand true connection with myself & others. For this reason I was drawn to teach yoga & share it’s many transformative benefits collectively. My classes emphasize proper alignment & awareness. Yoga is for everyBODY to enjoy so I welcome all skill levels. My goal is for everyone to leave the studio feeling better in their body, peaceful in the mind & light in their heart.

Nature is my happy place & my favorite way to enjoy it is hiking with my husband. I love to travel,  rock out & snuggle with my dogs.
