A series of standing poses, seated poses, and inversions using a silk hammock suspended three feet from the floor and attached to steel beams close to the ceiling. Expect modified versions of various yoga asanas (postures) using the hammock to deepen the stretch and add an element of flight. You will use muscles you didn’t even know you had! Beginning Aerial classes are perfect for all levels. Level I classes are perfect for those who have a basic understanding of the hammocks.

Broga is a yoga class geared for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes). Is this only for men? Absolutely not! It’s a great complement to your regular Core class.

As the name implies core is focused on building strength, increasing flexibility and body awareness using body weight supported exercise. Core focuses on form and correct execution to garner the greatest results.
A great class for beginners and those interested in slowing down the pace and enjoying modified postures to lengthen and stretch the muscles in your chest, back, legs, and arms. Your flexibility and body awareness will increase, leaving you with a sense of openness in the body and the mind.
This class is a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa. Expect to focus attention on breath, and find movement linked with breath. Perfect for all levels.
Restorative yoga allows yogis to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation while using a number of props to support the body. The props make it easier for you to relax your body. Poses are held for a number of minutes without muscle engagement.
Sun's Up Buns Up (SUBU)
An early morning, strong, slow-paced power flow designed to focus on linking the breath with movement in the yoga poses. This form of yoga is a workout not only for the body but for the mind as well, and is great for all levels of practitioners. Look for SUBU classes at Whole Foods on Oracle, too!
Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning “connection”. In this 60-minutes class, we connect breath with movement. Inhale the good stuff, exhale the bad stuff.
A series of poses either seated or lying down using a number of props (bolsters, blankets, etc.). Poses are held for 3-5 minutes at a time, lengthening the muscles and safely stretching the ligaments and joints. Perfect for all levels.
