A series of standing poses, seated poses, and inversions using a silk hammock suspended three feet from the floor and attached to steel beams close to the ceiling. Expect modified versions of various yoga asanas (postures) using the hammock to deepen the stretch and add an element of flight. You will use muscles you didn’t even know you had! Come fly with us. Beginning Aerial is required prior to mix level aerial classes. A shirt with sleeves is also required for an aerial practice.

Broga is a yoga class geared for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes). Is this only for men? Absolutely not! It’s a great complement to your regular Core class.
Strong, energetic,and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. Hatha flow creates balance and unites opposites of our physical bodies to develop strength and flexibility. Attention is focused on balance, alignment and mindfulness. This class is designed to bring the whole body into alignment. Hatha flow teaches the student to balance their effort and surrender into poses. Attention to the breath helps to still the fluctuations of the mind and cultivate presence in each moment.
Align & Restore
Refresh your morning with this gentle class that incorporates the wall into the practice. Yogis will move between asanas on the mat and the wall. Using the wall as support to help find better and deeper alignment for the body. As well as using the wall to help with modifications for all levels of yogis.
Sun's Up Buns Up (SUBU)
An early morning power flow designed to energize your day. Put your hair in a bun or get up buns up and moving. It’s time for SUBU (Sun’s Up Buns Up). You won’t regret getting up and flowing through postures that awaken and charge you for your day.
Translated from Sankrit means “connection.” In this class we’ll connect breath with movement through a challenging, creative flow that combines strength and flexibility. Flow from one posture to the next, using your breath to center and ground you, clearing the mind of obstacles. Expect a fun, challenging class where breath and movement become one.
Yin & Candlelight Yin
Therapeutic and slow paced Yin focuses on long holds of passive postures, seated or lying down. Yin is the counterpart to your active and heating “yang” forms of yoga. Yin is meant to stretch and stimulate ligaments and connective tissue while realigning the skeletal structure. Yin is a great balancing practice for those who lead very active lives.
